00 · Before using client information
Engagement & data gate
Use public, synthetic or authorized process-only information. Country and region affect the rules and storage constraints you must confirm with the responsible organization. Patient records, screenshots, photos and raw transcripts are out of scope. Names are optional; prefer roles. A completed checklist does not certify legal compliance.
Exports are private working files, not permission to publish. Keep them in an approved location and apply the agreed retention policy. Nothing from this review becomes public evidence automatically.
01 · Establish the facts
Call record & decision
Unknown is a valid answer. Record the speaker and time beside any quote. A recording permission selection is a note, not a recording consent mechanism.
02 · Trace the work
Handoffs & completion evidence
For each step, name who sends, who accepts and what proves it happened. Local due policies belong to the program owner. Supporting links are comparisons until applicability is confirmed.
03 · Agree the next action
Actions & accountability
Prioritize with the sponsor. These are proposed actions, not automatic recommendations, implementation commitments or estimates of savings.
04 · Check for closure
Measures with a denominator
Define each measure separately. Counts must use the same eligible cohort and time window. Do not add percentages across measures or treat missing documentation as proof that care did not occur.
05 · Inspect the basis
Source record
The TB example includes external primary sources. They establish guidance or published capabilities. They do not establish a client’s present process, a product integration, a failure or a Clinopilot outcome. Open links online; source summaries remain available offline. Imported source records and URLs are not rechecked or independently validated.
