A training problem can start with the wrong access. CLINOPILOT WORKFLOW CHECK A person may understand the task but lack the intended role, screen or action. A repeat training session will not identify which dependency is blocked. Proposed steps 1. Choose one required task and a blank or fictional example. Locate the exact blocked step in an approved training environment. 2. Have the authorized local administrator compare the intended task with the approved role and access. 3. If access is appropriate, distinguish a missing instruction from a configuration question or vendor defect. Assign the next action and retest. Checklist [ ] The required task and user role are named. [ ] The block is reproducible with a safe example. [ ] The authorized access owner has checked the intended permission. [ ] The task is retested after the approved response. Illustrative example, not a client record Task: Submit a fictional referral in training Block: The expected action is unavailable Check: Confirm the intended role with the authorized administrator Owner: Local access administrator or appropriate vendor support Retest: Repeat the task after the approved response Test Repeat the safe task after the access check. Confirm the person can complete it independently and explain the next handoff. Candidate local measure Track sampled tasks that can be completed under the approved role. Separate access, instruction, configuration and vendor-owned blocks. Scope This check does not authorize new permissions or production access. Changes remain with authorized administrators. Independent published evidence CorCare Link access and training guidance (Published implementation reference) NL Health Services describes role-dependent access and a practice environment. These are available supports and access boundaries, not a measured readiness improvement. https://nlhealthservices.ca/corcare/for-health-providers/community-physicians/corcare-link/ https://clinopilot.com/proof/role-access/ Use approved tools and fictional or process-level examples.
