A screening output does not confirm the next handoff. CLINOPILOT WORKFLOW CHECK An output may exist without an operational record showing the next agreed service received the handoff. Follow the program’s existing clinical pathway. Proposed steps 1. Map the program-approved stages and the existing tools recording them. Identify how the episode is linked across stages. 2. For each operational handoff, name the receiving role, receipt evidence and unresolved-exception route. 3. Test a fictional episode. Keep missing, pending and declined states separate from completion. Clinical interpretation and thresholds stay with qualified program owners. Checklist [ ] The program-approved next step is identified. [ ] The episode links across agreed operational stages. [ ] Receipt and exception ownership are recorded. [ ] Pending and unknown follow-through are separate from completion. Illustrative example, not a client record Episode: Fictional screening episode Stage: Handoff to the program-approved next service Evidence: Receiving-service acknowledgement or approved disposition Exception: Receipt is unconfirmed Next action: Program owner follows the established escalation route Test Trace a fictional episode with unknown next-service receipt. Does the unknown state stay visible with an owner, rather than becoming completed? Candidate local measure For an agreed eligible cohort, count documented receipt or disposition. Report pending, declined and unknown states separately. Do not infer treatment linkage from a screening count. Scope This guide concerns operational records. It does not recommend clinical thresholds, diagnose disease or change the program pathway. Independent published evidence Chennai mobile screening deployment study (Primary deployment study) The Chennai study reported 25,598 people screened in 2022 using four mobile units. The analysis used radiologist annotations; it does not quantify handoff completion or a Clinopilot effect.
